A prompt, efficient response to our plumbing emergency. Todd and Anthony were willing to work through and take their time to resolve our issues before concluding that the pipes needed to be replaced. They then provided multiple options at reasonable pricing and remained cool, calm, and collected as we figured out a way out of this plumbing disaster. Mr. Rooter sent a team that day to replace the pipes, and the following morning Todd and Anthony were able to not only flush the pipes, but also clean them, and recommend future resolutions. We are lucky to have had Mr. Rooter efficiently, and effectively diagnose, fix our issues, and make our home usable again for a reasonable cost.
